Apple says Samsung's Galaxy S4 and Google Now Infringes on Five Patents

Samsung's newest flagship smartphone was launched in March and went on sale in the U.S. in late April and Apple is already planning on adding Samsung Galaxy S4 to it's patent lawsuit. It appears Apple has filed a motion that details five different patents the Galaxy S4 allegedly infringes on.
Not only is Samsung affected by this, but the popular service Google Now aswell.

Two of the patents specifically relate to Apple's voice-driven Siri personal assistant. They are U.S. Patent No. 8,086,604, and U.S. Patent No. 6,846,959

Beyond Siri, the filing also alleges the infringement of three other Apple-owned patents:
Apple determined that the Galaxy S4 product practices many of the same claims already asserted by Apple, and that the Galaxy S4 practices those claims in the same way as the already-accused Samsung devices.
